White Chocolate Chip and Cranberry Cookies

Tonight I made some changes to the Chocolate Chip Cookies recipe to make some White Chocolate Chip and Cranberry Cookies.

100g margarine
75g soft light brown sugar
2 tbsp golden syrup
175g self raising flour

50g white chocolate chips

50g cranberries

50g porridge oats

2 tbsp milk
1/2 tsp vanilla essence

1. Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees celcius and line two baking trays with grease proof paper.
2. Beat the margarine and sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Mix in the vanilla essence, syrup, flour, chocolate chips, cranberries, oats and milk until all combined.
4. Place spoonfuls of the mixture on to the baking trays and bake for 15 minutes.
5. Cool on a wire rack.
6. Enjoy

  1. These were absolutely gorgeous… not too sweet that you couldn’t eat three on the trot, but sweet enough to satisfy any craving. So glad I married this beautiful baker… I really am the lucky one.
